Pros
Gain valuable experience. Some managers are really great people and try to treat others with respect.
Cons
Three owners who are never on the same page. Conflicting direction. They will often retaliate against employees. Operate with the mentality of doing more with less. Very obvious favoritism and they will badmouth you to other employees. They will never give you a warning or write you up before firing you. Extremely high turnover in both field and office!! Expect to receive phone calls and text messages while off the clock. Pay is not competitive.
