      The mission is good, but lacks execution.

      Cons

      Everyone is over worked and over stressed. Less PTO than most companies and you can't use it unless you want to compromise your job performance. "Work-life balance" is never mentioned.

      Recruiter communication was not good during the interview, she kept interrupting me everytime I tried to speak and kept on telling me that she was running out of time and I had to answer from overview and yet ask me questions about my experience and to give examples. How can I give examples if i keep getting interrupted and not letting me complete my sentence. Atleast, set up a longer time if u need such details. 10 questions and more for 30 min call sounded really weird. Stop interrupting me the whole time, would have been smoother and then sounded very unprofessional and hyperactive. She needs some training on how to speak and ask questions. She seemed polite just interrupted me so much it made the experience bad. After which, she asked me a bunch of timings for just next interview and never emailed me back or updated me about next steps. Overall bad experience.
