Pros
It's a paycheck. The company has a strong focue on how you project yourself instead of technical ability. While I have the skills, it definitely made me reflect upon how I was projected myself. I can bring this into the next job.
Cons
No career path. Extremely high expectations for low pay. My responsibilities are consistently changing with no clearly defined scope.
