Poor Management at Supervisor and Manger Level

Specialization in Products are great like Workers Comp, Property Insurance as such and there's a scope to grow more in the market.

Cons

Micro management from Supervisor over their team members, although informed to Manager doesnt pay much attention. Not open to new ideas, HR team doesnt take complaints seriously when made against supervisor.
