Pros

Cool people for the most part. Double + for no real drama at the office. Headquarters in central San Diego location. Easy job.

Cons

Sr. Leadership could use some work, hopefully John Novak (cool guy) is turning it around. Management has got to pull it together, they are a complete mess. Basic benefits package, nothing to get excited about. Bland culture.

Every department in the San Diego office has been extremely welcoming. The friendly and collaborative culture is infectious! There is a combination of remote and hybrid employees which diversifies the company demographic. Executives have an open door policy.

Cons

This is my second week on the job and I don't have any cons to mention thus far.
