      Pros

      Company has increased revenue 300% in 5 years. Company has been around for 45 years and there are still many 20 year plus employess. New building is awesome but lacks parking.

      Cons

      Sr Management needs to be all going in the same directions. In fighting. Some projects are not successful as they should as they lack upper management support it all starts at the top.

      Good benefits, nice people, beautiful office space, great IT.

      Cons

      Management could be more involved in day-to-day work load of the underwriters. There doesn't seem to be a sense of direction or goals.

      good work environment nice employees nice location decent work / life balance some management is decent depending on the dept.

      Cons

      No room to grow. Low pay. Hard to get promoted from within. A lot of middle management.
