Cons

The only downside is waiting for positions to open in order to grow or move up. Which is kind of a good thing since that means people enjoy working at ICW group and there is not much turn over.

The people here were nice but the salary was low and there was no decent bonus structure for underwriters. Not sure if that has changed but I would ask about it.

It can be political so just pay attention and figure out how it works
