Pros
- Considerable initial pay increase from a “competitor” that prided themselves of being the “best in the industry”. (Approx 30%) - Forward thinking and fast acting management that is quick to make improvements that benefit the customers. - Most managers are not micromanaging, one assistant manager in my region are a bit micromanaging- but it has been recognized and being addressed
Cons
- You work hard, but enjoy it. You respect and appreciate the support of Management/ Upper Management so much that you want to work hard. “Crunch time” is right before the holidays and while things slow down after December 25th, it’s extremely busy leading up to January 1st (but that is with any Commercial Insurance Company).
