Employees are friendly and easy to work with Get to work with various technologies... Lots of upgrades and opportunities To expand your tech knowledge. Having fun not siloed doing same stuff everyday. Pretty easy Good to have fundamentals and experience to thrive here.

Cons

More Flexible work schedules especially post pandemic or WFH. Besides no real complaints.

People are nice superficially Decent office buildings

Cons

The workplace culture treats employees as doormats while clients are expected to be waited on hand and foot. No employee stock program. No management development/entry level supervisor training program. Absolutely no DEI initiatives whatsoever. Twelve-hour workdays just to keep the KPIs within bare-minimum expectations. My manager preferred to spend time padding her own resume and project experience rather than advocating for/procuring resources for our unit. If you've ever worked for a company which thinks pizza parties fix everything - this is one such company.
