      Hybrid work schedule. The people I work directly with.

      Cons

      It has become a toxic environment. Way too top heavy. No collaboration with the people that do the actual work. Developing staff is not a priority. Good solid people are not appreciated.

      - Good coworkers - Always something new to learn - Frequent free food or swag from vendors

      Cons

      -Low pay compared to the work load, expertise, and knowledge needed for the role. - Bonuses and raises don't keep pace with the cost of living, - Lack of consistency for hybrid or remote work schedules between teams. Some teams are absolute micromanagers when it comes to being in office while others are much more flexible. (Hint: we want flexibility!) - Favoritism for promotions. The same few individuals get continually promoted.
