      Pros

      ICW Group is a company that has a real passion not only for their employees but also for out clients. Our leadership elevates employees for growth within the company and cultivates department leadership to work with employees to have a path and a goal to better themselves for their career and for their families.

      Cons

      Honestly, all companies have cons when working for them, but the ones I see are small and are easily overlooked with all the great things that ICW Group does well.

      Pros

      There are some wonderful people at ICW that have integrity, smart and care.

      Cons

      Smoking mirrors, try to make everything sound great with posts on LI, FB....but really the truth is senior leadership overall is poor, not held accountable, bad decisions, dysfunctional - lack of trust and gossip about each other, profit from working people with reduced staff and direction. Constant disrespect within leadership team...promotions happen to those who have performance issues. HR team has experienced high turnover, poor leadership, not held accountable, disrespectful, dysfunctional, low scores on engagement.
