Variable jobs skills needed, Very fast paced interesting work. Benefits are marginal, the employees are some of the best and most knowledgeable.

Cons

Management does not include workers in the decision making process. Pay scale is low and and the Benefits are not up to par.

Lot of scope interms of automation stuff although the business is struggling to grow.

Cons

Senior management and supervisor are not that great in taking care of team members, although there is an improvement needed from top level managment and talent is not recognized or given a chance to grow who are at entry level.
