      Pros

      Great cutting edge technology space with rapid growth and expansion into other services and products for its clients. The success of the company in the tech space has opened up a ton of opportunities to join or grow with the company. The team really believes in the product and goals of the company. They go make efforts at communication with the team and try to engage all departments together. The people are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Rapid growth is sometimes hard to keep up with and many times operations will struggling to keep up. They are working at it but at times staff will experience growing pains.

      The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. Their focus is on the partners & employees. Professional, hard working, & fast paced environment!

      Company welcomes "feedback" or "cons" & always tries to come up with a remedy (it's truly an open environment) <- Really not even a "con"

      Pros

      Ahead of the curve product that truly makes an impact on client basis, industry renowned product, management is readily available for growth opportunities and actually listens to your feedback/concerns (a rarity), a place to bounce ideas off of colleagues, 'open door policy' for different departments- which allows you to learn as well as increases the comradery among the company.

      Cons

      Growth has happened very rapidly and office space is at a minimum
