Pros

Support of a large multinational (Danaher) but culture of a smaller more dynamic company as an independent OpCo. Super intelligent and committed people and an opportunity to be the market leader in Pharma data management. Overall good place to grow your career and be at the cutting edge of scientific informatics.

Cons

Structure and rigour inherited from Danaher has pros and cons. Good when used in the right way, but can be a roadblock if deployed thoughtlessly
