      Wonderful Welcome and given the time and resources to learn

      Lovely and welcoming people. Despite Covid, an encouraging atmosphere and given the time and resources to learn. I am WFH and been with the company for a month. IDBS has the most productive and structured onboarding I have experienced. Now I am working within a team who have a varied and challenging remit. When I have questions, people are vested in ensuring I get the answers. IDBS has created performing teams with great ethics and culture.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons other than Covid restrictions preventing meeting my team in person.

      Truly an amazing company!

      Pros

      You have ownership of what you do, they delegate tasks so no micro-management. Your ideas are heard and they’ll allow you to present them and implement them. The people at the company are the main focus, they’re all VERY smart without any arrogance. Free fruit, snacks and drinks. Monthly socials and weekly new tech exploration meetings.

      Cons

      The location of the office. The traffic will drive you mad sometimes.
