Pros

Most people are great, helpful and kind. Great culture of diversity and inclusion, and focus on mental well being. Good place to learn about the pharma industry.

Cons

Endless processes and strategy changes that get in the way of actually helping customers and doing work. Good work often unrewarded and political culture where people who don't contribute but friends with more senior people in the org are rewarded and promoted, this is demotivating. Feedback from customers and employees rarely actioned on.

Thank you for your review - we're glad you enjoyed working with your IDBS colleagues and picked up on our continued commitment to D&I as well as our focus on wellbeing. Thank you also for your constructive feedback (which we hope you shared with your manager and HR before you left). One of our HR goals this year is to build awareness of our awards programme and reinforce a culture of reward and recognition throughout the organisation. Finally our management team are aware of the need to minimise time spent in meetings. We plan to reintroduce a 'focus time' initiative which was something we trialled last year and something we found worked well.

Thanks for the positive feedback. We are very proud of our culture and we are lucky to have an amazing team. As you recognise our work can be challenging as we are a relatively small company with big ambition, however this means we can offer plenty of exciting opportunities to develop careers and learn new skills.
