Pros

Very good benefits and fair treatment. Generous travel budget. Fairly good communication from the top down.

Cons

Lots of reorganizations. It's hard to keep track of who your boss is. Despite the enormous size of the company overall, it still feels like you work in a small company with limited resources. They never hire, only shrink teams. There seems to be a lot of poor morale in the operations environment.
