The people inside IDEX are strong, talented, well-polished professionals. In the field, you have the opportunity to grow your career. There are good people in this organization.

Cons

Through recent events, high talented employees are leaving the organization at a high rate. There were multiple changes in less than a year, Some of the decision making is highly questionable, especially with the recent acquisition that was the largest in company history. It resulted in uncertainty with morale and people are on edge.

I can recommend the IDEX Corporation without reservation. Despite my short period of employment, I have already been given extraordinary opportunities for personal development that other companies do not offer, even to long-term employees. At IDEX, the company values of team, trust and excellence are lived in an exemplary manner. I am given the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally, as I am given the necessary trust and freedom. I can also confirm that IDEX places great value on long-term success and sets its goals with a view to medium and long-term growth with sustainability.

Cons

So far I can't mention anything negative here.

Pros

Starting several years ago I had a very warm welcome and that was also the start for a great journey! The effort spend to develop me personally and enable me to was tremendous. But the one thing I find even better is the culture all over IDEX and you are always motivated to learn in this field. This year I had the opportunity to join the WiM Summit (Women in Manufacutring) with great speakers and a lot of learning and take aways.

Cons

I can't see any so far ;-).
