Unfair decision making processes of upper management. Too much focus on the quarterly shareholder numbers and not enough on what you are doing to the business. Too little interest in investing in people or ideas - too much emphasis on the immediate versus long-term strategy.

Additionally, IDEX empowers its business units, like Warren Rupp, to operate with autonomy, allowing them to function as independent entities with the flexibility to innovate and excel. Warren Rupp's air-operated double diaphragm pumps provide solutions across industries, from agriculture to manufacturing, delivering reliable and efficient performance for diverse applications.

Cons

I have yet to find a con for working for this company and I truly believe I never will.
