Pros
Great place to develop leadership skills: being a non-centralized Company every BU gets to develop their own strategies and particular processes.
Cons
Although being non-centralized is listed as a Pro, it can also be a cons if what you look for is to move positions/roles on a short-term basis. As each BU is independent from each other it makes it difficult to network and, although is not impossible, to move between companies and roles fast.
