Pros: Company culture is amazing! Supportive leaders, very engaged and genuine Professional development! IDEX invests in their people to be the best. They truly care for our aspirations. If you don't know or have never heard of IDEX, I highly recommend doing your research. We are a great company with amazing benefits. I feel extremely valued and appreciated for the work I put in.

Great People, Great Teams First place I’ve ever enjoyed working Always new challenges Give back to communities and DE&I driven REALLY good businesses, office jobs you’re almost guaranteed job security

Results driven, why they condone it. Very much a “By all means necessary” place. Questionable decisions by management, but typically they do a good job listening to employees needs Limited growth opportunities based on location
