      IDEX understands that people drive the value It lives its values It's a high performing work environment, filled with smart people who are great to work with at all levels of the company

      It's tough for people who like a who lot of structure

      Pros

      IDEX is a great company to work for and has provided me with many opportunities for development and advancement. I like that it is very diversified in its different businesses and offers a lot of really interesting and useful products which are produced all over the world. I also appreciate IDEX's commitment to improving the communities it does business in and that it encourages its employees to organize and participate in charitable events.
