Pros

Team atmosphere at corporate is great. Benefits are better or comparable to other size companies out there. Hybrid remote is a good balance.

Cons

Transparency of workflow and process decisions could be better - at least in my department. Great place to work so people stay there forever which limits career advancement opportunities unless you are willing to transfer geographically.
