      Pros

      IDEX is a large organization that is lean enough to give you the opportunity to try new things and develop new skills. The leadership is very invested in the people and there are great development programs and you are surrounded by smart people. There are opportunities to work on global projects and with different teams. The company is growing and investing in new technology.

      There should be more communication from leadership to the rest of the businesses.
