Great place to work if you want to learn and advance in your career. Culture is diverse and not too many egos driving day to day operations, very professional environment. High probability of wfh depending on your business unit.

Cons

Corporate fingerprint is heavy and can be counter productive to work your autonomy with their constant expectations and deadlines.

The people inside IDEX are strong, talented, well-polished professionals. In the field, you have the opportunity to grow your career. There are good people in this organization.

Cons

Through recent events, high talented employees are leaving the organization at a high rate. There were multiple changes in less than a year, Some of the decision making is highly questionable, especially with the recent acquisition that was the largest in company history. It resulted in uncertainty with morale and people are on edge.
