We value work-life balance and have prioritized employee safety throughout the pandemic, whether at our corporate office or at our dozens of manufacturing locations around the world. At the corporate headquarters, most roles are hybrid, with a couple of "collaboration days" in the office each week. In most situations, people find that managers are understanding and accommodating of personal needs for balance.
