The networking aspect of this program alone is worth the time! I was given the opportunity to interact with peers and leaders from across the IDEX range of companies. This time was enlightening to the thoughts and intentions behind some of our policies and processes and shed light on the challenges and opportunities other groups have faced.

Cons

I don't see any drawbacks to attending this program!

Cons

have to be manager favorite to get anywhere in the company, they discriminate towards gender and race, don't care if you're harassed, & would rather see a good employee leave then help them handle a situation they endure.
