      Sometimes the de-centralized approach means that support for certain functions is lacking. This can be both a pro and a con - but IDEX does encourage employees and teams to reach out to other business units for best practices. It can be hard to get noticed for a stellar performance - as with any company, it is in the hands of whoever you report to.
