My coworkers truly feel like a family with the support they provide both professionally and personally. Additionally, IDEX empowers its business units, like Warren Rupp, to operate with autonomy, allowing them to function as independent entities with the flexibility to innovate and excel. Warren Rupp's air-operated double diaphragm pumps provide solutions across industries, from agriculture to manufacturing, delivering reliable and efficient performance for diverse applications.

Cons

I have yet to find a con for working for this company and I truly believe I never will.

It may seem like there are limited opportunities for advancement because of the size of our business units. But if you are open to travel or relocation, there are lots of opportunities to advance. Otherwise, you can grow by getting involved in stretch assignments and projects.
