IDEX and CVI shows appreciation for their employees, in addition cares for their wellbeing. They consistently value each employees’ abilities and contributions. After 20 years of employment I have seen CVI evolve. With the IDEX purchase of CVI there has been rapid continuous improvement in most all areas, especially in employee recognition. The culture of Improvement nurtured in the last several years continues to reap benefits. Changes in leadership have initiated more TRUST and openness amongst peers. New resources and shifts in responsibilities have allowed for more TEAM focus. Our daily production numbers have improved resulting in less stress on our system. Amid the current challenges we face together, both as a business and as individuals, there is engagement, vigilance, and even optimism. Personally, I have embraced the IDEX values and liken my tenure to working with family. I can speak about the inclusion and diversity that CVI has employed, being an employee with a disability, I have been the recipient of great opportunities, from training and education to career growth. It all amounts to moving towards the value of EXCELLENCE IDEX and CVI continues to pursue.
