I've worked here for over four years and the people and culture cannot be beat. Everyone is incredibly nice and those with big egos typically don't last long. The Company cares about its employees and puts a lot of effort into its culture.

Benefits are unbeatable. Almost everyone I met was incredibly friendly or at the least would ignore you as opposed to being hostile. And always tons of people to reach out to for help.

Cons

Idex has a lot of great middle management positions that people take and then never leave which gives very little room for lower level folks to grow up into.
