      Pros

      Provide a lot of tools and resources to be successful. Several options for additional trainings, bubble assignments, etc. Okay benefits. They really try hard to have practices put in place to improve their companies.

      Cons

      Low pay, work very lean, expected to work long hours which makes work/life balance difficult, hard to move up in the company if not willing to relocate, but overall like mentioned above, provides great tools to be successful at your job.
