Idex Corporation is highly focused on the satisfaction of their employees. They use results from employee surveys to make substantial changes toward employee engagement scores. The culture is extremely inclusive and the corporation as a whole adapts quickly to both our economic and social climates across the globe to ensure priorities are equitable and inclusive to all employees. In the face of a pandemic, Idex made decisions which put employee safety and well-being at the absolute top of the list and that included financial accommodations for people impacted by Covid, either directly or through family or proximity. I've seen Idex on the forefront of change and we fail quickly when something is not working. The workforce is diverse and there are concerted efforts to hire minorities to executive positions. Our prior CEO summed it up best by explaining that companies are economic engines and the Idex purpose is "to make money to do GOOD." That is clear through the Idex Foundation matching funds and the involvement our local businesses have in their local communities through various programs, donations and volunteer activities. I'm 100% proud to be a part of this exceptional company.
