- pays well - good work/life balance - handling COVID well - good people and teams - upper management has clear goals and direction - managers really focused on their employee's development and growth and satisfaction (there is an annual survey about it too that managers take very seriously in a good way) - good benefits program - diversified businesses (so if one thing, like oil, isn't doing well, there are other businesses to keep IDEX performing well)
