Pros

Idex is a business that promotes diversity and inclusion, and walks the walk. The current CEO is a great leader. They have many promotion opportunities for their employees. Employees are encouraged to continuously learn and explore new opportunities. Great benefits. Idex products touch many things we use everyday. Its fun to work in a company that is helping to improve the world.

Cons

Many of the promotions require relocation. Idex business units tend to be in smaller communities.

Career Development and advancement opportunities across the U.S., Positive culture of teamwork and excellence driven by the highest level of leadership, high level of autonomy with the opportunity to make a REAL impact. Strong focus on leaders serving the needs of employees and creating an intentionally inclusive and diverse environment. Leadership genuinely cares about employees and helping the business to grow. The strong focus on a positive culture invites all employees to do and be their best every day.

Cons

Must be able to work comfortably with ambiguity and bring creative solutions. Being adaptive to change and having a high level of personal accountability is essential.
