      Good core group of 'worker bees.' Excellent Benefits

      Cons

      No investment or development of current employees. They would rather hire outside the organization. No bench strength or cross functional training. Senior Management totally out of touch with the reality in the workplace No fun times, no picnics, no employee related events. Work work work!!!!!

      -Good working environment -Strong middle management core -Utilization of core competencies -Strong vision in the Health and Science segment -Larry Kingsley ensures six sigma and LEAN principles are utilized by each business unit

      - Rapid turnover of senior management In IDEX and within business unit is damaging core business - Not to fond on response to any employee moral - Too many changes in such sort time is creating confusion - lack of innovation and understanding of what the customer actually needs before design
