Pros
There are/were some really great people at Idex, Waterloo. There were some awesome skilled tradesmen in the past generation.
Cons
It seems like Waterloo's business strategy went in the complete opposite direction compared to 4 years ago. There are a few generic managers making decisions that seem to backfire. In theory, everything sounds good... but implementing plans successfully in real life has seemed to evade them for the most part. The real culture is the bond between the staff/ workers... it has nothing to do with upper management.
