Felt like a machine working constantly. Pay wasn’t that competitive and only overnight shifts available.

the animals we do testing for and treated better then people at the lab,poor scoring on reviews, 5's are on the review, but the say no one are 5's i so disagree, raises are very low 2- 3.5 % increase that's about 10-30 cents, to bad they don't let them score the true #'s ,great employees are over looked, while the ones that are negative and right down mean are promoted... the last few years have gone down hill too bad it use to be a fun and enjoyable place to work. lost alot of good people, and will lose more if it stays this way.
