Nice benefits, considerate boss, helpful co-workers, flexible work conditions.

Cons

Bureaucratic culture inspires useless projects to justify 3-year promotions/raises for lifers, soul destroying processes for contracts, reimbursements, etc. Upper management unwilling to acknowledge featherbedding (300 managerial positions) and sand in the gears.
