Pros

IEM has quality people working together on quality programs and projects. The management are people focused and actually care (as much as a business can) about you as a person. They pay and the benefits are industry appropriate. I feel proud to mention I work for IEM and I have turned down offers for higher paying jobs because of the culture at IEM.

Cons

From time to time we get bad clients. Lots of remote staff that can sometimes feel on the margins of the main company.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review as we believe our employees feedback is invaluable. Also, thank you for your comments regarding connecting with remote staff. Within Corporate Communications, we are working to identify additional ways to better engage all IEMers no matter their location and welcome your ideas and thoughts.

Pros

Great experience and skills learned on disaster recovery project.

Cons

The Health benefit was not great at all and the HR team does not have any compassion and do not know how to work with employees.
