- mostly cool coworkers - good parties

Cons

- no transparency - no security, people fired for weak reasons and not replaced, which makes remaining workers get burnt out over - constant union punishments - management doesn't seem to understand that bad treatment and overloading makes people quit

Co-workers are some of the coolest people and amazing at what they do.

Cons

Upper management is living large while the people that actually make the winning product for them get left in the dust and paid poorly. Long-timers there are petty and toxic and unwilling to get with the times.
