Pros

Awesome Environment Amazing CoWorkers Great Benefits Consistent Challenging Work Video Games, Comics, Movies ALL DAY

Cons

Downtown SF, if you have to commute, major CON. Bart is a complete disaster, Caltrain not much better. Underpaid compared to local averages for similar positions. Pay not adequate for living in SF ( too expensive to live there)

Great people and culture, little room for advancement

Pros

Great people and culture which is why most people stay so long. Everyone hangs out with each other even after hours and gets along great. Kind of like a family. One of the top companies in gaming and are doing some pretty cool things from a branding standpoint. Good name to have on your resume in Digital/Gaming.

Cons

Very little room for advancement and on the lower end for pay. Work to life balance is not that great. Depending on our lifestyle and if you have a family you can spend some late nights working with no reward or thanks in return. Management consists of people who have been there many years and they promote "their own" first. Some of the people in management are complacent and don't carry the workload. Many rounds of layoffs for a company that is consistently making money.
