Pros

The people you were amongst in the call centre are a great group of people. It was great coming into work and seeing them, it felt more like a family than co-workers for the most part. Enjoyed all the company perks and discount to alot of major attractions and hotels around the world

Cons

Management was not very effective Hours would change consistently which made it hard to have a steady personal life

Lack of vision. Chasing current profit not looking into the what next. No products and solutions to take the company into the future.
