Pros

For the most part, the people are great. Easy to work with and fun. The work is pretty easy.

Cons

Absolutely no career progression on Casino side. The pay is not particularly good. No training offered for anything. Not even company-specific tools. Dated development practices. Low morale. Many benefits have been reduced or removed completely in recent years and working hours increased.

Pros

Good team. The perfect place when you arrive for the first time in London

Cons

Very low salary, managers don't appreciate your work and contribution to the company. No requirements, no management, no communication... hard to work on these conditions.
