Cool co workers, manager treats us like people.

Cons

Little to no tips, management hires you for server position just to put you as a host for months, can be a toxic environment, servers will have drama between them, management promises more server shifts only to get none, hosts are required to help bust tables, help servers get drinks, seat people, and do to go orders (online orders as well as phone orders) only to get little to no tips and servers will not tip you for busting tables and helping them with drinks.
