      Pros

      1) IHRC provides contractors to CDC so as long as your CDC team is good, it'a great place to work. 2) Get to work on leading edge science 3) Overall a great working environment

      Cons

      1) Pay - this is one of the reasons I left. 2) Lack of career opportunities - you might work hard for 10 years still be at the same position since IHRC can't really control that. Yor're a contractor working at CDC
