Pros

None, no one knows what they are doing in this call center and they did a re-org and only retained employees who were afraid to seek work elsewhere.

Cons

Very unwelcoming and not a team environment. HR is not savvy and will just fire anyone who crosses their path.

this is a franchise and does not carry the values of the global org. employees are not valued, there is limited to zero growth, salaries do not ever grow and loyalty is rather punished than rewarded. its ruled by oppinionated individuals with outdated experience.
