Pros

Exciting and challenging job. Good cooperation with other departments such as logistics and communication and interior design. If you work hard you can advance to sales manager. You get bonus and a discount on the products. Great colleagues and friendly working environment.

Cons

Difficult working hours, weekends and many extra hours. The salary you get is not equivalent to the work you put in.

Pros

A really good customer focus, good solutions for securing customer satisfaction. Strong focus on culture and values. Flat structure and open communication in all levels.Great career opportunities.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, using a lot of time on delivering reports that no one will use or read... Cost consiousness may be a bit extreme, difficult to reach goals and KPI's with unreasonable staff budgets.
