Pros

Salary is high compared to other retailers Development opportunities across different departments Opportunity to participate in national or global projects Opportunity to work abroad Good staff discount

Cons

When travelling it is done on a budget Sometimes people confuse their value of humility with not being financially motivated Uniforms are terrible looking Everyone clocks in and out, and it does not matter if you do 30 hours a week at home, you need to do 38 hours a week in the office

A good place

Pros

A nice and friendly place to work in, with a lot of good people, with a special culture, with all-arround values, closely resembling general human values which makes it very easy to integrate many people.

Cons

Sometimes a very large company has it's moments of inertia, things don't always move quickly or easily, which can be frustrating at times for one individual or another.
