      Pros

      The culture here is very organised. SOPs are clearly written and followed so there is no confusion. Even in creative roles like design, workflows are defined and approvals are structured. This saves time and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth. You always know what your role is and how it will be measured which is reassuring. The emphasis on systems makes the workplace professional and predictable.
